Limited breakfast variety caused some monotony staying multiple days. Noise from the street could disrupt a peaceful night's sleep, especially at night.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several inconveniences. The room felt incredibly stuffy, and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during the hot summer nights. Additionally, I found the bathroom space limited, which made it awkward to navigate near the toilet. The shower water was warm at best, and the overall pressure left something to be desired.

The experience was highlighted by exceptional service from the friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any questions. The hotel enjoys a prime location, just a short walk from shops and lifts, making it convenient for hiking excursions. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the grilled vegetables served at dinner were a gastronomic delight. However, accessing some amenities, like the sauna, could be better communicated.

The central location was perfect, just steps from the ski lifts and charming shops. Breakfast was delightful with a great spread, and we appreciated the added perks like free ice skating. Although a kettle in the room would be nice, the staff promptly provided it when asked.
